📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential insurance clients within BNI Bank's network.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable insurance products.
• Assist clients in selecting and purchasing insurance policies, ensuring they receive the best coverage.
• Provide ongoing customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting team and individual targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and insurance products to provide informed advice to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, banking, or insurance.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
