Hub Home Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Demi Chef to join our team in Mempawah. As a Demi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our guests. This is an immediate opening, so if you are passionate about cooking and want to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipes provided.,Ensure that food is cooked to the correct temperature and served on time.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking special dishes.,Clean and sanitize the kitchen equipment and work areas.,Assist in inventory management and food cost control.,Participate in kitchen staff meetings and training sessions.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid food handler's certificate.
