📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers visiting the sales counter.
• Assist in the sales process, including product demonstrations and consultations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the sales counter area.
• Stay up-to-date with company products and services, and be able to provide accurate information to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with sales processes and procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to relocate to Kendari.
