📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and maintain the condition of company vehicles through regular inspections and servicing.
  • Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient vehicle utilization.
  • Manage vehicle schedules, including fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.
  • Provide support in the procurement and management of vehicle-related expenses.
  • Assist in the training and development of new fleet coordinators.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
