🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading transportation projects and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of national and provincial transportation policies and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in using transportation management software and tools.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Valid government ID and clean criminal record.
