📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure the smooth operation of HVAC systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled maintenance technicians.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of leading maintenance teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration, air handling, and HVAC controls.
• Certification in HVAC maintenance or related field (e.g., Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician, HVAC Technician).
