Apotek Kirana Fruit is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food quality, safety, and presentation standards.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in kitchen meetings and planning sessions.,Assist in menu development and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
