📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs and answering questions.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.,Assist in the preparation and organization of displays and promotions.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
