📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.,Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and availability.,Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT issues.,Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.,Monitor and maintain IT security, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.,Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and networking technologies.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with IT security best practices and tools.,Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
