📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.

• Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports to the Production Supervisor.
• Work with the Production Supervisor to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in the training and development of production staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Proficient in using production management software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
