📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure high standards are maintained.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demands.,Collaborate with other branches and the corporate office to share best practices and improve overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
