Based in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya, this is a flexible, part-time opportunity perfect for those looking to leverage their network and influence to promote our brands.

As a Business Development Specialist (KOL/Influencer Partnerships), you will work remotely to identify, engage, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to create impactful partnerships. You will develop and execute strategies to maximize brand visibility and engagement, ensuring our brands reach a wider audience. This role offers a unique chance to grow your network and influence while working with a dynamic and innovative team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to build impactful partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote content that aligns with brand goals.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns to optimize future strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve partnership strategies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of influencer events and promotions.
• Provide regular reports on the performance of influencer partnerships and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in building and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
