📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the clinic's budget and financial planning.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
  • Represent the clinic at community events and healthcare conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.
