Head of Human Resources (HR) - Shape Culture & Drive Business Success

PRIME Philippines is seeking a dynamic Head of Human Resources to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies, oversee talent acquisition and development, and foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

You will be responsible for building a modern HR framework, implementing employee engagement initiatives, and driving performance management systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company vision and values
• Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies support business objectives
• Implement and manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) using SAP SuccessFactors
• Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in HR management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing HR functions and driving organizational success
• Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR)
• Strong understanding of HRIS and experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
