As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
