Bold Smart Sentosa is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. If you are a passionate and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in HR, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Support the management team in making informed decisions regarding workforce planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
