As a Junior Learning Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of learning and development principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging training programs and workshops for employees.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job roles and responsibilities.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their skills.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
