📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is an advantage.
