📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote Nest Glow Nusantara products and services,Maintain and update customer databases,Follow up on leads and convert them into sales,Provide excellent customer service and support,Achieve monthly sales targets,Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and campaigns,Monitor and report on call activities and sales performance,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Proficiency in using CRM software,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Passionate about customer service and sales
