As a Passenger Check-in Staff at Ocean Fast Ferries Inc, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient boarding process of our passengers. You will greet passengers, verify their tickets, assist with luggage handling, and ensure all boarding procedures are followed. - Greet and assist passengers with a warm and professional manner.
- Verify passenger tickets and boarding passes.
- Handle luggage and ensure it is safely loaded onto the ferry.
- Assist with boarding procedures and ensure all safety regulations are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any passenger concerns or inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with the ferry crew to ensure a smooth and efficient boarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
