As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support the growth and development of our dental clinic. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the best candidates for the open positions.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide updates on the recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and actively engage in recruitment activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Knowledge of dental industry and healthcare sector is a plus.
