📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory, budget, and expenses.,Ensure the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Plan and organize special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with marketing and customer service strategies.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
