Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for our insurance sales team.Create engaging and effective learning experiences that equip our sales force with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the insurance industry.Identify training needs and develop training programs to address them.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.Provide ongoing support and coaching to our sales team members.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales training.Collaborate with other members of the sales team to ensure that training programs are aligned with business goals.Work with our learning and development team to ensure that training programs are integrated into our overall learning and development strategy.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the insurance industry.A proven track record of success in developing and delivering training programs.Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A passion for training and development, and a commitment to helping others achieve their full potential.A degree in a relevant field, such as business, education, or psychology.Fluency in English and Indonesian.Experience working in a remote environment.🛠️ Keahlian
