📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Monitor and manage front desk operations to ensure high levels of service quality.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume hospitality environment is a plus.
