📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
  • Train and mentor junior lab technicians on laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
  • Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and research initiatives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
  • Valid certifications in relevant laboratory techniques and safety standards.
  • Experience with quality management systems and ISO standards is a plus.
