📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve employee performance and productivity.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.,Monitor and assess the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
