As an Accounting Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing financial operations. You'll work closely with our finance team to implement best practices in accounting, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with Indonesian regulations. Your role will involve overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of accountants, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and local regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
• Monitor and control budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans and objectives.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for the accounting team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and local tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
