📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and canvass local merchants to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present our product range effectively, highlighting benefits and features.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, providing exceptional customer service.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to improve sales and service standards.
• Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Attend training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Adhere to sales targets and KPIs, driving consistent performance.
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage merchant relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
