As a Global Investment & M&A Associate, you'll be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing financial models, and identifying potential investment opportunities. You'll work closely with the investment team to develop and execute M&A strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in public equities and M&A.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the potential returns and risks associated with investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with the investment team to develop and execute M&A strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscapes to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, including pitch decks and financial analyses, to the investment committee.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential investment targets, including companies, individuals, and financial institutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in investment and M&A.
• Contribute to the development of investment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment analysis, M&A, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software such as Bloomberg Terminal or Refinitiv.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and M&A processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with investment and M&A best practices, including due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.
