📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive resolution and minimizing negative impact.
• Assist with order processing and tracking, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather customer feedback and improve our products and services.
• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and empathetic.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
