📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide expert advice on HVAC systems, products, and services to clients.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Train and mentor junior sales representatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
