📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to project managers and other stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent PT. Rajawali Perkasa Jaya in legal proceedings, including court cases and arbitrations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on business partners, vendors, and other third parties.
• Monitor and manage legal risks associated with our projects and operations.
• Advise on and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and resolve disputes.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive legal guidance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel (Advocate) in corporate and litigation law.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and regional legal systems, including corporate law, contract law, and litigation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseNote.
• Certified as an Advocate (Advokat) by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERSADA).
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
